Caspar has extensive experience leading successful non – life run-off acquisitions and companies containing large asbestos claims including:
The acquisition of Minster Insurance Group which he co-owned with JP Morgan and was Group Chairman
The acquisition of Scottish Lion Insurance company, of which he was chairman, by Berkshire Hathaway’s National Indemnity Company
Caspar was the architect of the transaction to acquire $1 billion of asbestos liabilities from the US corporate ITT Inc and subsequently introduced/worked with Warburg Pincus to close the deal in June 2021
Caspar co-founded Broadwell Point as Chairman and CEO with Daniel S Loeb of Third Point.
He has been involved in almost all major corporate liability sales of recent years.

Tom is Founder and Managing Partner of Eagle Point Credit Management, an investment manager focused on private credit strategies in inefficient markets, including Portfolio Debt Securities, Regulatory Capital Relief transactions, Infrastructure Credit, Strategic Credit investments and CLO securities
Tom led the creation of some of the earliest refinancing CLOs, pioneering techniques that are now commonplace in the market
Tom previously held other leadership positions, including Managing Director Roles in the Fixed Income Departments at Merrill Lynch and RBS
In 2017, Tom was a recipient of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award

Chief Investment Officer and Board member, Kyle Gibbons has significant insurance investment experience, serving as Head of Corporate Development at Eagle Point and previously as US Chief Investment Officer at Enstar Group
As part of his responsibilities at Enstar, Kyle was responsible for managing the investment portfolio of their runoff corporate and insurance liability pools

Howard is an ICAEW, ACA chartered accountant with successful finance and operational control experience
Most recently, Howard was CFO of Broadwell Point
Prior to this, Howard joined Fjord Capital in 2012, which is a private equity investor focused on industrial resource efficiency. Prior to this he gained considerable CFO/COO experience at Audley Capital, a $1 billion alternative investment manager. His role covered all areas of finance, administration, tax and legal across these products, which consisted of over 20 entities
Howard started his career at Ernst & Young, first at the audit practice within the Banking & Capital Markets group, and then as a senior manager focusing on managing relationships with key non-audit clients
Howard holds a BBusSc in Finance from University of Cape Town, South Africa

Romy has over 35 years in the run-off sector, and has extensive knowledge of mass tort claims, with her expertise including operational performance; the valuation and assessment of claims; insurance recoveries
Romy acts as an expert witness in both the US and UK on matters involving the allocation and valuation of claims
Romy has designed and implemented claims audit programs and claims optimization strategies for numerous insurers and insureds

Nauman is a Senior Principal and General Counsel at Eagle Point Credit Management responsible for oversight of the Firm’s legal and regulatory affairs
Nauman has 20 years of experience in the investment management industry. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2015, Nauman was an Attorney at Dechert LLP, where he focused on investment advisers, private funds, registered investment companies and non-US fund matters
Previously, Nauman was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of an Asia-focused global alternative investment manager. Earlier, Nauman was an Attorney at Dechert LLP, where he began his career
Nauman holds a BS in Finance and Marketing, magna cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a JD, cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center

Chris is a Managing Director at Stone Point Capital, a leading alternative investment management firm focused on global financial services & related industries
In 2004, SPC and Mr. Stroup launched Wilton Re, a specialty life and annuity (re) insurer; Chris served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Wilton Re through July 2021
Previously, Chris served as Chief Executive Officer of Swiss Re Life & Health America Inc., the Chief Financial Officer of Life Re Corporation (a publicly traded life reinsurer acquired by Swiss Re) and an audit partner at Ernst & Young LLP
Chris holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business

Michael is the Founder and co-Managing Partner of TRGP Investment Partners LP. He is also a member of TRGP’s Board of Directors, Chair Emeritus of the Board of Human Rights First and member of the Board, New York State Urban Development Corporation
From November 2016 until early 2021, Michael was the Chair of the New York State Joint Commission on Public Ethics
Prior to forming TRGP in 2015, Michael was a partner in the renowned boutique law firm Feinberg Rozen, LLP where he was nationally recognized as a leading strategist and negotiator of complex, multi-party disputes
Among many engagements throughout his lengthy legal career, Michael was Deputy Special Master of the United States government’s 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund of 2001, Deputy Administrator of BP’s Gulf Coast Compensation Fund and outside resolution counsel for Penn State University during the Sandusky sexual assault scandal
In addition, Michael was Special Master for asbestos in New York (both state and federal courts) for over a decade and helped two major public companies rid themselves of asbestos liabilities through pre-packaged bankruptcies

Milt is recently retired from Enpro Inc., where he served for over 18 years, the last nine of which as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Milt previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2015, after having previously served as Vice President, Strategic Planning and Business Development since February 2006. Milt joined the Enpro corporate staff in December 2005
Milt has extensive experience managing asbestos liabilities on the corporate side. Enpro was created in 2002 through a spin off from Goodrich Corporation, a transaction driven largely by Goodrich’s desire to distance itself from a growing asbestos liability. Enpro was successful in bringing finality to its asbestos chapter in 2017
Prior to Enpro, Milt was Co-founder and Managing Director of McGuireWoods Capital, Executive Officer of United Dominion Industries and Senior Director in Ernst & Young’s corporate development consulting group
Milt holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Darden school

Robin is a GIC Global Industrial Adviser, and GIC shareholder director at life insurer Rothesay
From 2013 to 2024 Robin was Head of the Private Credit Group at GIC, with responsibility for all private credit investments in the US, Europe, and Asia. He was a member of the GIC Private Equity management and investment committees
Robin was previously Head of the European Private Equity Direct Investment Group at GIC from 2005 to 2013
Robin holds MA and MBA degrees from the University of Oxford and is a qualified lawyer
