- Large drawers are tested to hold 60 pounds. The weight will be less for a night stand.
- We always use the same assembly method :
- First part of the side roller guides are fixed to the case using an assembly gauge;
- Our drawers are put together using the tongue and groove method. They are glued and pin tacked;
- The second part of the drawer glide is attached under the drawer sides.
- Drawer bottoms are 7/32" thick.
- Full drawer sides gives more storage (6 inches high). They are made of 1/2" solid Aspen.
- The drawer pulls are fixed to the drawer fronts before the furniture is packaged.
- Drawer fronts are either in solid birch or birch veneer, depending of the collection.
- Each case has an A.P. identification plate which is applied to the inside of the top left drawer.
